To get Perfect skin,Just Follow the following steps.
Take Care of Yourself You're not a Hollywood celebrity who has a team of people waiting around wash and moisturize and apply make-up and remove it everyday. Or shave or wax or exfoliate for that matter. You probably can't afford a facial except for once-a-month or so. So what do you do? Read on. We'll explain.
Have Eyebags? Stop eye-bags before they happen. The night before an important event, avoid salt, alcohol and caffeine that can cause puffiness. Also avoid cream eye moisturizers before bed. Instead, find a gel formula. If you wake up to puffy eyes, apply ice or anything cold like chilled spoons or tea bags to your eyes. Engage in aerobic exercise drains fluid.
Exfoliate
Most people skip exfoliation as part of their weekly routine. Use a facial scrub every week to exfoliate your skin. A clean washcloth works just as well. After a quick rinse, any sign of dead skin is erased.
Remove Your Makeup
Remove your makeup before you go to sleep. Make sure you choose brands that say "noncomedogenic" or "nonacnegenic" on the label. And throw away old makeup that smells or looks different from when you first bought it.
Clean Your Glasses
If you wear glasses or sunglasses, clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose. --You'll be able to see better too.
Control Stress
Uncontrolled stress can makes your skin more sensitive and can trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. Encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind. Manage your stress. Set limits. Scale back your to-do list. Make time to do the things you enjoy. The results might be more dramatic than you expect.
Healthy Diet
A healthy diet helps you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin.
Moisturize Dry Skin
If your skin is dry (even if it isn't) use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. Light oils and cremes ... they're all pretty good. Just be sure to use them.
Pat Dry
After washing or bathing or showering, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin. A vigorous rub down might feel good but just dries out the skin.
Shave Carefully
Protect and lubricate your skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving and a clean, sharp razor. Try shaving with oil instead of soap. Do not use an alcohol-based aftershave. That's exactly the wrong thing to apply to your skin. Consider a gentle sun screen instead. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.
